One deal. Everyone updated. Nobody has to ask.

The agent runs each real estate deal in HomezLoop. Buyers, sellers, attorneys and loan officers each see their own part of it, the moment something changes.

One update. Exactly the right people.

Illustration. Names, homes and dates are made up.

  1. The buyer's phone shows the home purchase. Around it are the agent, the attorney, the loan officer and the seller's agent.
  2. October 14: the attorney marks the title search done.
  3. The update travels to the buyer's phone, where the title search is ticked off.
  4. The buyer and the agent see it; the loan officer and the seller's agent do not.
  5. October 16: the buyer marks the insurance binder sent, on the buyer's own phone.
  6. The update leaves the buyer's phone.
  7. The agent and the loan officer see it; the attorney and the seller's agent do not.
  8. October 21: the agent writes a message to the buyer.
  9. The message travels to the buyer's phone.
  10. The agent sends the buyer a private message, and it stays between the two of them.
  11. October 30: the loan officer marks the mortgage commitment done.
  12. The update travels to the buyer's phone, where the mortgage commitment is ticked off.
  13. The buyer, the agent and the attorney see it; the seller's agent does not.
  14. November 3: the agent confirms the closing date.
  15. The update travels to the buyer's phone.
  16. The buyer, the attorney, the loan officer and the seller's agent all see the closing date.
  17. By closing day, November 14, every update has reached exactly the people who needed it, and nobody else.

Illustration. Names, homes and dates are made up.

  1. A part-time agent with 3 deals at a time, 4 "any update?" messages per deal each week and 5 minutes for each spends about 52 hours a year on "any update?" messages.
  2. A full-time agent with 8 deals at a time, 6 "any update?" messages per deal each week and 5 minutes for each spends about 208 hours a year on "any update?" messages.
  3. A top producer with 15 deals at a time, 8 "any update?" messages per deal each week and 6 minutes for each spends about 624 hours a year on "any update?" messages.
  4. A team of four agents with 35 deals at a time, 6 "any update?" messages per deal each week and 5 minutes for each spend about 910 hours a year on "any update?" messages.
  5. Then the phone lights up and every message flies into it: in HomezLoop, everyone on the deal already sees what is next, so nobody has to ask.
  6. The tower stands again, with the question: how tall is the tower? The calculator beside it takes other numbers.

Client Journey

Each buyer or seller sees their road to closing and one clear next step, with plain-language guidance along the way. Clients also see who on the team is handling what.

Command Center

Every deal sorts into Act now, Waiting on others and On track. Each card shows the home, the stage, why it matters and one next action.

Shared Calendar

Inspections, appraisals, contract deadlines and closings appear the moment the agent confirms them. Everyone on the deal sees the dates that are theirs, in one calendar.

Offer Center

Buyer agents submit structured offers, every version is kept, and the listing agent decides which ones the seller sees. Sellers compare released offers side by side with the real differences highlighted, and HomezLoop never ranks offers for anyone.

SellerReady and BuyerReady

Ready-made prep plans the agent can send in minutes and adjust for each client. Sellers see what to fix before listing, and buyers see what they can afford before touring.

Home File

After closing, clients keep their key dates, their closing team and the agent's list of trusted local pros. The agent stays their first call for years.
